📋 Description

• Facilitate planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily coordination for cross-functional AI product squads • Coach product managers, data scientists, engineers, and clinical partners on agile principles • Identify and resolve blockers and manage dependencies across product, platform, governance, and clinical teams • Maintain visibility into tasks, issues, risks, and action items across squads • Plan and organize sprint demos and product testing events • Collaborate across IT, clinical, and operational teams to engage stakeholders and address resource gaps • Track and improve portfolio delivery health using flow metrics and team feedback • Keep portfolio leadership informed with timely, accurate, and actionable delivery status updates • Support onboarding of new team members • Champion continuous improvement across the AI product function

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in an agile delivery, facilitation, or team lead role in a complex enterprise environment • Demonstrated ability to flex across Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery frameworks • Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent • Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills • Ability to create psychological safety on teams • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent backlog and delivery management tools • Comfort navigating ambiguity and organizational complexity in large health systems or similarly regulated industries • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required • Minimum of 3 years managing people, processes, or projects required • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification • Ability to work independently, multitask, communicate, think critically, and work in teams
