📋 Description

• Support Agile Scrum teams with sprint planning, coordination, and execution • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and help keep delivery moving smoothly • Track action items, risks, issues, and dependencies • Support project reporting, status updates, and meeting documentation • Assist with schedule coordination and team follow-up • Help maintain visibility into deliverables, milestones, and priorities • Support communication between technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders • Contribute to a collaborative, well-organized project environment.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelors degree in computer sciences, Information Technology or a related field is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required • Five plus (5+) years of professional frontend or DevOps development experience • Experience supporting Agile Scrum teams • Strong organizational and coordination skills • Experience with sprint support, reporting, and risk tracking • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Scrum certification preferred • Federal experience preferred • Experience supporting application modernization efforts preferred • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
