📋 Description

• Contribute to the strategy, product roadmap, and key performance metrics for the product • Analyze user behavior and conduct research to identify trends among target customers • Translate customer insights into product features • Assist in defining and deploying strategies and tactics to support product adoption • Own product outcomes and drive decisions with positive business impact • Define and build the product experience • Partner with Product Engineering to create and improve features • Work with cross-functional departments to create positive outcomes • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management for online consumer and/or B2B products in dynamic, agile environments • Experience partnering across different functional departments • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment • Aptitude for problem solving • Strong quantitative skills and data-focused decision-making • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence leadership and other teams • Knowledge of technical disciplines and work processes • Understanding of relevant functional groups within the area • Extensive training and experience to resolve a wide range of issues • Outcome-driven work ethic and leadership skills • Self-motivated, team-oriented, responsible, and focused on exceeding client expectations • Strong time management skills
