📋 Description

• Participate in requirement analysis with the team • Execute new features and improvement projects in the React Native app • Contribute to feature work and improvements on the Next.js website • Translate comps and wireframes into component execution and delivery plans • Estimate task complexity for new projects • Use Claude Code in daily development and critically review AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and maintainability • Maintain and enhance existing code quality, organization, and automation • Document technical requirements and coordinate with other teams • Identify and resolve performance concerns and reduce technical debt • Work with a team of 3–4 other frontend developers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience developing with JavaScript and modern component-based frameworks • React Native as primary strength and working proficiency in ReactJS for the web • Experience developing and debugging React Native applications and using npm/package management • Comfort building and maintaining production web features with React • Next.js experience with routing, SSR/SSG, and performance is a strong plus • Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar agentic coding tools such as Cursor or Copilot • Ability to direct AI coding tools, validate their output, and determine when to rely on them versus writing code independently • Some proficiency with Android app development and tools • Experience with the Google release process and Android Development Environment setup • Some proficiency with iOS app development and tools • Experience with the Apple release process and iOS Development Environment setup • Proficiency in certificate management and renewals • Familiarity with automated build systems such as Bitrise or Jenkins • Experience doing UI work with CSS • Strong writing and communication skills for documenting technical requirements and coordinating with other teams • Experience with collaborative design tools such as Figma or Sketch • Ability to identify performance concerns and reduce technical debt • Ability to accurately estimate feature-complete work, including documentation and testing • Ability to validate timescales defined by a product owner • Must work in a U.S. time zone • Maintain high-speed internet and a professional working environment sufficient for clear video conferencing • Cover letter and resume required
