• Analyze plumbing designs and plans for compliance with standards for efficiency, safety, and performance • Verify plan submittals adhere to local, state, and required plumbing codes • Provide feedback and guidance to architects, engineers, designers, and contractors regarding inconsistencies or code violations • Maintain records of plan reviews, comments, and approvals or rejections • Stay current on developments, standards, and best practices • Coordinate with clients, inspectors, and state officials to support code enforcement and administration • Collaborate positively with team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture • Participate in requested project work and serve as a resource for internal resources
• State of Wisconsin Master Plumbing License • High school diploma/GED • At least five years of experience in a role reviewing plans for compliance purposes • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office 365 and its suite of programs • Communication skills • Valid driver’s license • Preferred: proficiency working with Bluebeam Revu • Preferred: master plumber licensing • Preferred: 5 years’ experience as a plumbing plan reviewer
