📋 Description

• Manage a team that consults with business areas to identify data-driven questions and define strategic initiatives • Promote modern analytics tools and techniques to build analytics products for business decision-making • Help business areas craft analytics road maps covering people, process, and technology • Support the development, maintenance, and integrity of datasets for enterprise programs, reports, research projects, and analytic studies • Monitor developments at the intersection of science, technology, and business and drive innovation through analytics • Advance the enterprise’s analytics maturity and cultivate an insights- and analytics-driven culture • Build relationships within Blue Cross NC and the external analytics community to attract and develop talent • Lead analytics initiatives across digital channels, customer experience, surveys, process optimization, association reporting, NPS analytics, scorecards, IT operational reporting, AI adoption dashboards, and executive performance reporting • Define data requirements, improve data quality, and integrate digital, customer experience, survey, and operational data sources into scalable analytics solutions • Lead analysts, engineers, and scientists in translating complex data into dashboards, scorecards, visualizations, and actionable insights • Manage concurrent strategic, operational reporting, and ad hoc priorities while ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables • Build partnerships across business and technology teams and align leaders around data-driven decisions • Advise senior leaders by transforming business challenges into data-driven strategies, requirements, and prioritized analytics solutions • Deliver executive-level insights through dashboards, performance reporting, and data storytelling

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree where required • 8+ years of experience in a related field • In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in a related field • Experience leveraging Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau, Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub, and incident management platforms • Experience using data and analytics reporting tools to drive insights, monitor performance, and support operational decision-making • Experience incorporating AI and generative AI capabilities into analytics, reporting, and workflow optimization is preferred • Experience leading analytics initiatives across digital channels, customer experience, surveys, process optimization, association reporting, NPS analytics, scorecards, IT operational reporting, AI adoption dashboards, and executive performance reporting • Ability to define data requirements, improve data quality, and integrate multiple data sources into scalable analytics solutions • Ability to lead analysts, engineers, and scientists • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills • Healthcare industry experience and understanding of healthcare operations, member experience, and performance measurement are preferred • Authorization to work in the United States
