📋 Description

• Administer member and group enrollment, eligibility, and membership activities across health plan products • Enroll and renew groups and members, maintaining records of additions, deletions, changes, and terminations • Perform group-level and member-level enrollment for medical and ancillary products • Maintain membership and eligibility records across multiple systems • Address eligibility issues in accordance with federal and state regulations • Process billing inquiries and reconciliation activities, researching discrepancies and initiating corrections or reverse transactions • Research and respond to enrollment errors by telephone or written communication • Receive and place calls to resolve membership, enrollment, group, individual-record, and contract inquiries • Support agents, benefits administrators, and members with billing and enrollment questions • Process back-end error reports for electronic enrollment reports and document discrepancies • Ensure compliance with procedures, regulatory requirements, and service standards

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • 0-2 years of experience in related field • Knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations and governance requirements • Ability to perform enrollment transactions and resolve eligibility and billing issues • Ability to maintain accurate records across multiple systems • Ability to research and correct discrepancies • Ability to communicate by telephone and written communication • Skills in benefits administration, billing, billing reconciliation, customer service, data entry, email management, enrollment management, health insurance, and insurance administration
