📋 Description

• Serve as the principal lead providing accurate, quality analyses that translate data into sound organizational decisions • Provide strategic thought leadership and partner with functional areas to deliver collaborative work products aligned with divisional and enterprise strategy • Own delivery of multiple large and/or complex data science and engineering projects • Lead development and testing of hypotheses across functional data sets • Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical staff • Define and implement integrated data models and data stores • Design and develop scalable data pipelines for ingestion, cleansing, transformation, integration, and validation • Design and develop models using data mining, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, stochastic modeling, pattern recognition, probability analysis, and network analysis • Implement production models using Python and R • Engineer data sets, develop SQL queries, integrate data, and resolve data quality issues • Apply Big Data systems concepts to data set engineering and analytic model implementation • Lead development and review of complex analytic models and algorithms • Identify actionable insights, recommend actions, and influence business direction by communicating results to cross-functional groups • Document and test analytic processes, including performance and data validation and verification • Engage enterprise business areas to incorporate feedback into audit processes • Articulate analytic methods and drive business outcomes with responsible business areas • Consult with executive leadership and drive CoC ideation for Commercial and Medicare • Informally lead analysts and synthesize information into recommendations for executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree where required; 10+ years of related experience may substitute for the degree • 8+ years of experience in a related field • Strong analytic and data science skills • Experience with Snowflake • Experience building AI Agents • Understanding of Bell curve analysis • Ability to incorporate industry benchmarks into analysis • Experience performing outlier detection • Strong healthcare experience • Payment Integrity/FWA business knowledge required • Understanding of FWA concepts, CMS guidelines, and Medical/Reimbursement Policy strongly preferred • Authorization to work in the United States
