📋 Description

• Oversee Blue Cross NC’s Vendor Integration program for employer-specific third-party vendor integrations • Provide end-to-end program management, including strategic planning, needs analysis, resource development, implementation oversight, monitoring, and optimization • Manage vendor integration offerings, integration options, pricing, intake forms, and processes • Oversee enterprise-level active, requested, and in-progress vendor integrations • Identify client goals and requirements, triage new requests, and route them to implementation teams • Develop and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships • Coordinate interdepartmental functions, review deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met • Oversee and optimize data integration processes and address pricing, billing, status, and issue triage questions • Drive program enhancements and process improvements • Lead a cross-functional vendor integration team and maintain a centralized integration repository • Establish and monitor process, outcome, and financial performance metrics • Document and present program results through reports, studies, presentations, and publications • Manage risk plans for the Vendor Integration program and Sales Intake projects • Develop and manage program budgets • Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and organizational governance compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) • 8+ years of experience in related field • In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field • Experience leading complex enterprise-level programs and/or projects • Experience collaborating and communicating with internal sales and technical teams and external vendors and agents/brokers • Experience presenting project/program status and issue resolution to enterprise leaders • Experience with program pricing and budget management • Knowledge of Blue Cross NC's group-specific vendor integration processes, including Sales Intake, Data Extracts, PBM Carve-outs, Accumulators and APIs
