📋 Description

• Assist in formulating budget estimates for plans, programs, and activities • Present rationale for budget data to support the Demonstration & Assessment Team in defending budget estimates • Review and summarize financial reports and documents • Analyze funding history, project future funding levels, and advise senior staff on programmatic funding needs • Maintain program records, files, attachments, and exhibits • Respond to data calls and inquiries regarding DAT financials • Support ERP project generation, including work breakdown structures, network activity assignments, Navy data description entries, and funding allocations • Assist with acceptance of funding documents in the IBPES system • Adjudicate ERP financial errors and identify unliquidated obligations and expired funds • Develop, track, and maintain GT&C agreements • Support G-Invoicing use to satisfy DoW funding receipt requirements • Monitor and control expenditures through review and consolidation of NWA obligation and expenditure information via EDW and ERP reporting products • Recommend funding allocations and adjustments based on execution reviews • Participate in development of NEPS Task Planning Sheets • Recommend improvements to financial program policies and procedures • Generate, review, and update PPID records based on accepted statements of work and NEPS entries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum 8 years of experience • Active DoW Secret Clearance • Strong financial management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to translate technical information to a non-technical audience at all levels of the organization • 3+ years experience with the Navy ERP system • 1+ year experience with the Navy Enterprise Planning System • Prior experience with DoW funding documents, NEPS, PPID, and DoW acquisitions/contracts is desired
