📋 Description

• Oversee and manage all aspects of refurbishment projects • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation • Ensure project activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations • Conduct regular inspections and assessments to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure project quality • Coordinate with project team members, stakeholders, and contractors • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and specifications • Work closely with INL and Embassy Port-au-Prince to ensure adherence to contract requirements and project goals • Provide expertise on project feasibility, challenges, and best practices in the Haitian context • Travel frequently throughout Haiti, including locations outside Port-au-Prince

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years' experience in project management, preferably in an international or refurbishment context • Proven track record in managing complex projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management • Strong knowledge of project management principles, codes, and standards • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure • U.S. citizen required • No negative prior experience with INL or removal from any USG mission or civilian policing activity • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Fluent in English • Fluency in French and/or Creole preferred • Experience working in Haiti preferred • PMP Certification Required • Must have an active MPRT, Secret, or Top-Secret clearance • Some supervisory experience/responsibilities
