📋 Description

• Lead strategic programs and projects driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and performance improvement across Billing Services • Translate strategic priorities into structured programs with clear scope, milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes • Build and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and executive-level dashboards • Lead the offshore strategy, including transition scoping, readiness assessments, transition planning, and go-live execution • Oversee offshore partners and teams through SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, capacity planning, and escalation management • Establish governance routines, business reviews, performance scorecards, and corrective action plans • Analyze workflows, staffing models, and productivity data to identify automation, standardization, and process improvement opportunities • Develop business cases, cost/benefit analyses, and ROI models for strategic initiatives • Partner with Operations, Development, IT/Product, Compliance, Finance, HR, and Training to resource and deliver programs • Ensure processes meet federal, state, and payer regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, PHI handling, and data security standards • Define and document SOPs, workflow documentation, and training materials • Track post-implementation benefits and report results, risks, and course corrections to leadership • Lead change management and communication plans across onshore and offshore teams • Support integration and onboarding for acquisitions, new clients, and new service lines • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, drive accountability, and remove execution barriers • Independently manage all aspects of the role in a remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field preferred • 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or a related field preferred • 3+ years of program or project management experience leading cross-functional, multi-site initiatives • Experience managing or supporting offshore, outsourced, or business process outsourcing (BPO) operations strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end revenue cycle, including billing, coding, claims, denials, collections, and payer requirements • Demonstrated experience building business cases, performance scorecards, and executive-level reporting • Project management certification (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent) preferred • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); experience with project management and business intelligence tools preferred • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including with executive leadership and external partners • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change without direct authority • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines • Experience working in a metrics-driven, fast-paced operational environment • Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement • Ability to work across time zones to support offshore teams and periodic travel as required
