📋 Description

• Own all phases of complex, cross-functional digital programs from inbound ticket management through planning and delivery • Develop holistic program plans covering business requirements, technical specifications, schedules, funding, and resources • Track milestones, tasks, and deliverables; provide status updates to stakeholders and senior executives • Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies • Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and delivery quality • Translate high-level business objectives into actionable program roadmaps • Align executives and senior leadership on priorities, timelines, and approval frameworks • Present program progress and website demonstrations • Facilitate team discussions, resolve conflict, and remove impediments • Orchestrate Creative, IT, PMM, Campaigns, and front-end development teams for launches, campaigns, website updates, and digital initiatives • Define website functionality and appearance with internal stakeholders and lead development through live deployment • Work with external agencies, consultants, and contractors • Document website development processes and establish scalable best practices • Introduce risk-mitigation tactics and drive continuous improvement across programs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience at a digital agency and/or internal digital department with a primary focus on digital • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, including Airtable, Jira, and Google Sheets • Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Tableau • Experience integrating AI tools into program management processes • Strong understanding of digital production processes, timelines, and scoping requirements • Experience launching digital solutions, including ongoing analysis and continuous product improvements • Working knowledge of technical software development processes and Agile delivery methods, including Scrum and/or Kanban • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to work effectively with agency providers, consultants, contractors, and other external suppliers • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving obstacles and risks • Must reside in the United States and work Pacific time zone hours
