📋 Description

• Support the sales lifecycle to ensure successful implementation of custom groups • Design and manage detailed project plans for each new business or renewal implementation • Identify emerging issues and determine potential solutions • Lead personnel to facilitate implementation of agreement terms between BCBSNC and customers • Own account installation and processing for customers in the custom and non-standard product segment • Lead pre-sale processes and post-sale implementation activities for non-standard and custom groups • Design and execute internal implementation strategies with field staff • Coordinate benefits, eligibility, and administrative services for accurate and timely implementation • Resolve complex implementation issues while collaborating with employees and senior management • Represent BCBSNC and build professional liaisons with consultants, administrators, systems experts, other plans, providers, and vendors • Identify barriers, facilitate cross-functional workgroups, negotiate technical and operational issues, develop action plans, and communicate implementation messages • Track and manage implementation issues to lead improvement initiatives • Oversee significant projects supporting marketing objectives • Meet department goals and provide efficient, quality service to large non-standard accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree where required • 5+ years of experience in a related field • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field • 3+ years of experience in medical benefits, health insurance, or a related healthcare environment • Proven client-facing experience building relationships, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service • Strong implementation, project management, and coordination skills • Track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders • Proficiency working within multiple systems and platforms • Salesforce experience preferred • Authorization to work in the United States
