📋 Description

• Evaluate and conduct on-site assessments for new lines, product extensions, and new equipment • Evaluate and improve existing business tools to drive efficiency in onboarding processes • Support commercialization activities • Monitor, track, and report corrective actions and follow-up timing from each assessment • Review copacker HACCP plans for compliance with Kraft Heinz External Manufacturers Food Safety & Quality Expectations manual • Communicate business risk to cross-functional business partners • Schedule and lead Platinum Rule phone assessments • Support factory, external manufacturer, or supplier assessments and audits • Provide evaluation and risk management for innovation and commercialization projects • Work with business units and cross-functional teams on commercialization of new products, line extensions, and product renovations • Support project trials, innovations, renovation, and maintenance across internal and external manufacturing facilities

🎯 Requirements

• Quality experience within food or CPG preferred • Plant quality experience in one or multiple food factories • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements from USDA, FDA, or CFIA preferred • Food safety or microbiology experience preferred • Understanding of procurement processes • Ability to travel independently • Ability to drive a vehicle • Ability to travel 40–55% • Must be located near a major airport • Experience with HACCP plans and food safety and quality assessments/audits
