📋 Description

• Develop reporting structures, toolsets, and analytic strategies for market and domain teams and pricing programs and products • Elicit and review business reporting requirements through formal interviews or facilitated sessions • Translate requirements into technical designs for enterprise business intelligence implementation projects • Ensure data accuracy and availability to meet deadlines • Support and manage complex application systems across multiple platforms • Manage code migrations and changes between application environments • Distribute established reports and respond to inquiries • Investigate trends and anomalies within toolsets • Develop BI content, including reports, dashboards, scorecards, and complex analytic solutions, through the full development lifecycle • Provide data to support business decisions, goal attainment, and performance measurement • Advise business areas on enterprise data content, definitions, usage, and available BI tools • Maintain knowledge of data assets and tools and support a formal Knowledge Base • Plan, implement, manage, and contribute to moderate- and high-complexity projects • Identify opportunities to improve departmental efficiency and project delivery within time and budget • Participate in good standing in the Actuarial Development Program

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree where required • 4+ years of relevant actuarial and/or technical experience • Related experience may be considered • ASA or additional exams toward eventual ASA attainment may be considered in lieu of the minimum experience requirement • Commercial and Medicare healthcare knowledge highly preferred • Experience with Business Intelligence software, design, and related toolsets such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, and R highly preferred • Experience with risk modeling/normalization, outlier analysis, and benchmarking • Experience with workflow software such as Alteryx preferred • Experience with MS Suite and Power tools such as Power Automate is a nice-to-have • Strong communication and storytelling abilities • Authorization to work in the United States
