📋 Description
• Identify business requirements and solutions related to supporting a specific business area for implementation of packaged system software • Lead configuration and administration of the Packaged Software • Participate in process design and system testing • Serve as the subject matter expert for application areas, including data definitions, usage and file structure, technical code structure, business rules, and requirements structure • Lead development of Packaged Software modification requirements and Interface Design Specifications • Configure necessary Packaged Software tables to support specific business areas • Establish and maintain Packaged Software file configuration, including complex tasks • Liaise with business areas during development and implementation • Analyze business problems or opportunities, develop and implement recommendations and solutions, and communicate associated actions, impacts, and results • Facilitate projects within allocated time and budget • Provide direction and assistance to junior staff members • Provide technical leadership and application expertise to business project teams and non-project activities • Provide detailed configuration expertise and consultative support to customers and business partners • Analyze business requirements, use cases, and functional requirements to support efficient enterprise solutions • Analyze current Packaged Software usage and report process, data quality, and results improvements to business areas • Perform key SDLC components, including solution design, code development and maintenance, unit testing, and technical documentation
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Facets medical plan product configuration • Experience configuring benefits, accumulators, and effective-date-driven changes • Knowledge of Facets components including PDBC, PDVC, SEPY, LTLT, DEDE, and Benefit Management • Working knowledge of SQL, including running basic queries for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree where required • 5+ years of experience in a related field • In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field • Ability to perform SDLC activities including design, code development and maintenance, unit testing, and technical documentation • Authorization to work in the United States
