📋 Description

• Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite safety policies and procedures • Promote company Core Values and safeguard a family-centric culture • Participate in kickoff meetings, risk assessments, and design reviews to identify regulatory concerns and ensure alignment • Execute the Preconstruction Playbook and embed compliance standards throughout projects • Collaborate with project leadership, engineering, project managers, project controls, and estimators on preconstruction deliverables and requirements • Contribute to project risk assessments and mitigation strategies from a compliance perspective • Conduct routine construction-site inspections and audits; document findings and recommend corrective actions • Evaluate compliance issues and initiate appropriate response protocols • Document escalated issues, including timelines, actions, responsible parties, and resolutions • Track escalation trends and provide proactive recommendations to prevent recurrence • Incorporate escalated issues and outcomes into post-project evaluations and continuous improvement • Integrate compliance requirements into project schedules, budgets, and reporting tools • Support development and tracking of compliance milestones and deliverables • Analyze inspection and audit data to identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities • Ensure consistent compliance documentation and reporting across projects • Ensure construction projects comply with federal, state, and local regulations • Monitor legislative changes affecting construction practices and implement necessary adjustments • Develop and implement quality-control procedures aligned with project specifications and E2 standards • Collaborate with safety managers to ensure workplace safety practices are followed • Investigate incidents and accidents with safety and project teams; document findings and implement corrective actions • Provide project teams with compliance training and resources in collaboration with the Technical Training team • Foster compliance awareness and accountability among staff and subcontractors • Prepare and maintain compliance documentation, reports, and records for internal and external audits • Communicate compliance findings and recommendations to senior management and project stakeholders • Identify individual compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies • Participate in project meetings to provide compliance insights and address concerns

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • 10+ years of experience in the construction, telecommunications, or data center industry • At least 7 years in low voltage/telecommunications management • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expertise across multiple technology areas • Demonstrated experience with program management, leadership, scheduling, cost control, and risk and opportunity management • In-depth understanding of hyperscale engineering requirements, including data center design, construction and operations, infrastructure installations, and quality and safety protocols • Proven project management experience delivering on time and on budget, with safety and quality • Experience with security, audio visual, videoconferencing, and wireless communications preferred • Ability to assess information and interpersonal interactions to negotiate business meeting or exceeding client expectations while providing a profitable revenue stream • Considerable decision-making authority and creative problem-solving skills • Strong leadership, human resources management, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals • Ability to influence and negotiate • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio, and MS Project • Able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time • Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb ladders to 20 feet, and work in tight and confined spaces • Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Ability to operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if required
