📋 Description

• Follow safe work practices and company/client worksite safety policies and procedures. • Promote company Core Values and safeguard a family-centric culture. • Participate in kickoff meetings, risk assessments, and design reviews to identify regulatory concerns and ensure alignment. • Execute the Preconstruction Playbook and embed compliance standards throughout projects. • Collaborate with project leadership, engineering, project managers, project controls, estimators, safety managers, technical training, and project teams. • Identify regulatory and compliance requirements during preconstruction and contribute to risk assessments and mitigation strategies. • Conduct routine construction site inspections and audits; document findings and recommend corrective actions. • Evaluate compliance issues and initiate appropriate response protocols. • Document escalated issues, timelines, actions, responsible parties, and resolutions. • Track escalation trends and provide proactive recommendations. • Integrate compliance requirements into project schedules, budgets, and reporting tools. • Develop and track compliance milestones and deliverables. • Analyze inspection and audit data to identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities. • Ensure construction projects comply with federal, state, and local regulations. • Monitor legislative changes affecting construction practices and implement adjustments. • Develop and implement quality control procedures aligned with project specifications and E2 standards. • Investigate incidents and accidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions. • Provide compliance-related training and resources to project teams. • Foster compliance awareness and accountability among staff and subcontractors. • Maintain compliance documentation, reports, and records for audits. • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and project stakeholders. • Identify individual compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Participate in project meetings and provide compliance insights. • Travel up to 50% as required.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required. • 10+ years of experience in the construction, telecommunications, or data center industry, including at least 7 years in low voltage/telecommunications management with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expertise across multiple technology areas. • Demonstrated experience with program management, leadership, scheduling, cost control and risk and opportunity management. • In-depth understanding of hyperscale engineering requirements, such as data center design, construction & operations, infrastructure installations and quality and safety protocol. • Proven project management experience on time, on budget, with safety and quality required. • Demonstrated commitment to supporting an environment of world-class client focus, transparency and collaboration. • Experience with security, audio visual, videoconferencing, wireless communications preferred. • Ability to assess information and interpersonal interactions to negotiate business that meets or exceeds client expectations while providing a profitable revenue stream. • Considerable decision-making authority and creative problem-solving skills regarding procedures, plans, and schedules. • Strong leadership, human resources management and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals. • Ability to influence and negotiate. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.) and MS Project. • Able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time. • Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. • Able to regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. • Able to operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if required. • May be required to work in tight and confined spaces.
