📋 Description

• Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite safety policies and procedures. • Assist project teams with tracking project costs, labor hours, and quantities. • Support development and maintenance of project cost forecasts under senior project controls staff. • Collect and update cost data for reports and forecasting. • Help prepare internal and client-facing cost reports, highlighting trends and variances. • Support change order management, including documentation, routing, and tracking. • Assist with project cash flow forecasting and updates. • Maintain alignment between project budgets, schedules, and actual costs. • Support data collection for schedule updates and labor forecasts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information. • Prepare and submit accurate and timely monthly invoices for assigned projects or region. • Track invoice status and follow up to support project cash flow. • Coordinate with Project Managers and Finance to align billing with project progress and contract requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required. • Bachelors or Associate Degree in Business or equivalent preferred. • 1–5 years of experience in accounting, administrative duties, or related field. • Internship or prior exposure to construction or project-based environments is a plus. • Basic experience with Microsoft Excel required. • Familiarity with tools such as Procore or Primavera P6 is a plus but not required. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics. • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. • Must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. • Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if required. • May be required to work in tight and confined spaces.
