📋 Description

• Support the Corporate Controller with day-to-day tasks and help create and design a strong U.S. finance foundation • Manage the U.S. financial month-end closing process and related activities in accordance with U.S. GAAP • Support consolidation of the reporting process • Oversee the general ledger and conduct regular reconciliations • Support Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are received, processed, and paid promptly and accurately • Collaborate with the global finance team to improve financial processes and systems • Provide financial support to U.S. people, management, and sales functions • Support tax reporting, planning, and compliance with external tax advisors • Ensure adherence to federal, state, sales, and local tax regulations • Assist in preparing and coordinating audits • Oversee preparation of cash flow statements, income statements, and balance sheets • Identify and resolve financial discrepancies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • CPA - mandatory • At least two years of experience in a similar role within the finance industry • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements • Proficiency in accounting software; NetSuite is an advantage • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel • Ability to work remotely with offshore management and bookkeeping teams • Autonomy in decision-making and extensive knowledge • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Outstanding verbal, written, and listening capabilities • Accounting and operational expertise for collaborative guidance and professional interaction • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and flexible collaboration across different time zones • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to simplify and improve inefficient or unnecessarily complex processes • Sense of urgency and ability to balance competing priorities • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
