📋 Description

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts from tender through project completion • Ensure alignment with as-sold commitments and Global Project Controls standards • Monitor project schedule, costs, commitments, productivity, and forecasts • Analyze trends and variances, identify schedule and cost risks, and drive or support mitigation actions • Maintain accurate project financials and data in SAP and Unifier • Keep budgets, forecasts, approved project reviews, change orders, and cost movements aligned • Provide internal and external project reporting on schedule, cost, forecast, risk, and overall project status • Collaborate with key stakeholders and third parties as required • Manage new order booking, customer setup and validation, change orders, billing plan updates, invoicing, cash collection, and project cash planning • Coordinate internal financial interfaces and support change-order calculations, claims, project closeout, and other project controls activities • Lead and guide Project Cost Control Analysts on larger or more complex projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 3 years of relevant experience • Minimum of 2 years of project planning experience • Minimum of 2 years of project cost-control experience • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 and SAP • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated attention to detail • Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach
