• Prospect and call on new potential accounts • Set client visits • Educate third-party resellers on Elevate Jet's products and services • Discover, cultivate, and convert pre-qualified leads into long-term clients • Build proposals, quotes, and bids that win trip contracts • Represent Elevate Jet at industry tradeshows • Follow up on tradeshow leads and nurture existing accounts • Serve as an ambassador for the Elevate Jet brand • Grow revenue through Charter, Membership, Corporate Shuttle, VIP, and executive jet services
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of aviation industry experience (required) • 4-7 years of hospitality and sales experience (preferred) • CRM experience, ideally with HubSpot • Sharp organizational skills • Comfort managing a demanding, high-end client base with discretion and professionalism • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S., both now and at all future times • Unable to obtain employment visa sponsorship • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% • Ability to work standard business hours with flexibility for client needs • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
