📋 Description

• Support trade planning, governance, and reporting for the organization • Support field sales and agency partners with administration of the TPM tool • Partner with field sales and broker teams to align spending with budgeted trade rates and comply with GTM guidelines • Provide regular reporting and strategic direction to manage trade targets • Support the monthly trade reporting process with field sales and finance • Lead and manage the TPM tool, ensuring accuracy and proactively addressing budget risks • Work cross-functionally with the Pricing-Promotions Manager to identify opportunities to optimize ROI across customers, channels, and brands • Support strategic planning for Eagle’s trade investment through top-down and bottom-up planning • Develop annual trade-spending budgets with Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing, and Finance • Partner with field sales and cross-functional teams to uphold trade strategy, maximize ROI, and eliminate unproductive spending • Manage monthly and quarterly trade forecasts with sales and finance • Support Eagle Foods’ brands and products, including sweetened condensed and evaporated milk, snacks, and convenient meal solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • 5+ years experience within a CPG organization; experience in Finance is preferred but not required • Strong knowledge of Financial and Trade data • Best in class analytical skills • Strong knowledge of data sources that include trade spend reporting • Project management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask against several complex projects at a time • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • 10% travel requirement • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Regular use of a keyboard and mouse for typing and navigating software • Viewing a computer screen for prolonged periods • Ability to manipulate paperwork, including filing, sorting, and organizing • Moving within the office environment to attend meetings, use office equipment, or interact with colleagues • Occasional lifting of office supplies or paperwork up to 20 pounds • Speaking and listening to colleagues and clients in person, over the phone, or via video conferencing • Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as data entry or document preparation
