📋 Description

• Analyze and present business trends and results to identify improvement opportunities and solutions for customers and the sales organization • Work with internal and external customers to drive results tied to distribution metrics and reporting requirements • Meet with sales and customers to identify, prioritize, track, and manage projects and KPI performance • Create, maintain, and develop relationships with customers, sales teams, and vendors • Lead or participate in customer meetings, such as value analysis committees • Meet with vendors regarding products, pricing, and terms; present findings to customer procurement contacts • Measure pricing and inventory KPI trends, efficiencies, and effectiveness • Manage contract terms, assist with brand conversions, and track savings and projects • Prepare presentations on project updates, business results, and committee findings • Review pricing discrepancies and ensure new pricing rules are reviewed and approved • Resolve inventory surplus, backorders, and outstanding invoice issues with internal teams • Host weekly meetings with supply chain, materials services, and Medline Sales teams • Collaborate with Sales, IS, and Finance to develop and maintain reporting requirements and accurate, timely data systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in sales analysis and support OR High School Diploma and at least 5 years of experience in sales analysis and support • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within, and external to, an organization • Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions and drive improvement and solutions • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all organizational levels, in the business community, and with vendors • Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills • Willingness to travel for business-related needs • Preferred: Previous analytics experience in the healthcare industry • Preferred: Previous inventory or supply chain analytics experience • Preferred: Experience providing training and developing process documentation/user manuals
