📋 Description

• Partner with Product and Design to define, build, and evolve user experiences using modern frontend technologies. • Own and evolve the frontend architecture for scalability, performance, accessibility, and maintainability. • Lead complex frontend systems using React, TypeScript, and Next.js, including SSR, routing, data fetching, and performance optimization. • Establish frontend engineering standards, tooling, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practices. • Drive cross-team technical initiatives across frontend architecture, backend APIs, platform capabilities, and product strategy. • Identify technical risks and opportunities and provide technical direction and trade-off analysis. • Mentor frontend engineers on code quality, architecture, and delivery practices. • Design and implement unit, integration, and UI automation tests. • Define and monitor frontend metrics covering performance, reliability, and user behavior.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s (or higher, e.g., MS, or PhD) in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding, or equivalent technical experience. • Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js. • Strong frontend architecture experience, including state management, component design, design systems, micro-frontends or modular architectures, and performance optimization. • Experience building and operating production web applications using server-side and client-side rendering. • Deep understanding of software engineering best practices across the SDLC, including testing, code reviews, observability, and operational excellence. • 4+ years of industry experience, with significant depth in frontend or web platform development. • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, particularly frontend delivery and integration. • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or LLMs is a plus.
