📋 Description
• Taking and making phone calls to assist customers with their accounts • Keeping in touch with managers for tips and feedback • Providing knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries using scripted feedback
🎯 Requirements
• Prior customer service experience (retail, sales, and wait staff) • Access to a quiet place to work from home and reliable internet connection • GED or High School Diploma • Ability to quickly tap out customer notes on a standard keyboard
