• The Clinical Assessor/Supervisor completes clinical screenings, diagnostic assessments, and person‑centered treatment plans for adults and/or children receiving behavioral health services. • This role works closely with providers, multidisciplinary teams, and community partners to ensure appropriate service placement, continuity of care, and positive outcomes. • The position also provides clinical supervision to assigned clinicians in accordance with licensure, certification, and regulatory standards.
• Have master’s degree in a related field • Be fully or provisionally licensed in appropriate discipline required – either LCSW; LPC; LMFT; LCAS; LCSW-A; LPC-A, with the ability to clinically supervise certified or associate licensed individuals. • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills • Proficiency in EHR's, clinical documentation, and reporting requirements • Demonstrate high moral and ethical character, and be free of any substantiated charges of abuse or neglect on the NC Healthcare Registry • Valid unrestricted North Carolina's driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
