• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and substance use assessments across the lifespan. • Diagnose and treat mental health and substance use disorders using evidence-based practices. • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications and medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD). • Monitor treatment effectiveness, safety, adherence, and side effects. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, DEA regulations, and Colorado PDMP requirements.
• MD or DO with experience in Psychiatry OR • PMHNP with national certification and prescriptive authority • Active Colorado license in good standing (DORA) • DEA registration and prescriptive authority required • DATA waiver (if applicable) or willingness to obtain MOUD prescribing competency • Minimum 3 years post-licensure psychiatric prescribing experience
