📋 Description

• Serve as a key member of the sales team in pre- and post-sales technical engagement with customers • Showcase radar products through on-site demonstrations at external events, conferences, partner, and customer sites • Present the value of radar products for customer and partner solutions and applications • Lead installation planning and integrations • Execute deployment configuration and system tuning • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting • Manage customer and partner relationships during demonstrations • Participate in post-demo data analysis and report creation • Develop and maintain training materials, application notes, and user manuals • Collect customer feedback and interface with product managers and engineers to improve products • Travel up to 50% may be required • Perform other related business tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying technical role • Proven track record of learning a technical product and conveying its value to potential customers • Ability to multi-task, work independently, prioritize tasks, honor rules of engagement, and follow policies, processes, and procedures • Analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and decision-making skills • Solid technical foundation and good technical writing skills • Outstanding customer-communication skills, including conveying high-level overviews and deeply detailed explanations • Must be able to regularly lift, carry, and move equipment, occasionally up to 50 pounds • U.S. Citizen, green card holder, or have asylum/refugee status in the U.S. for handling export-controlled information or obtaining required Government authorizations • Desired: experience coordinating efforts across teams and organizations • Desired: experience working on a sales team • Desired: experience deploying or operating radar systems, especially Electronically Scanning Array radars • Desired: familiarity with Python or Matlab • Desired: experience with Linux operating systems and Command Line Interface • Desired: basic understanding of digital signal processing and sensor modalities • Desired: hardware and software troubleshooting • Desired: basic data plotting and analysis • Desired: bilingual Spanish and English
