📋 Description

• Onboard new e-Automate customers transitioning data from their current software to e-Automate • Work with existing customers on post-implementation data-focused projects • Ensure implementations stay on track, are delivered on time, and meet quality standards • Collaborate with ECI Implementation Consultants, Project Managers, customers, and software partners • Lead customer sessions to identify and document business initiatives, system/process gaps, and reporting/data analytics requirements • Implement software according to timeline, budget, scope, delivery requirements, methodology, and team agreements • Conduct requirements gathering, process reviews, systems design, fit-gap analysis, configuration, setup, solution engineering, process design, testing, data migration recommendations, go-live tasks, post-go-live consulting, and activity reporting • Maintain timely and accurate project and time administration • Identify and manage issues and escalations with the Project Manager • Improve implementation processes using lessons learned from projects

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ERP product knowledge; ERP experience preferred • Understanding of common industry business practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance • Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to users with varying levels of technical expertise via telephone and in person • Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills targeted to effectively present information to all customer role levels • E-Automate knowledge; E-Automate implementation experience helpful • Experience utilizing ETL tools for large data sets for importing and exporting into/out of SQL databases • Experience with SQL • Strong Excel skills for transforming and manipulating data sets • Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana preferable
