📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive, complex, and accurate information reports • Create complex data reports and provide analysis for forecasting and/or benchmarking used by senior management • Report directly to senior management and communicate data findings for forecasting and client needs • Obtain, analyze, and provide feedback on company or client-specific information needs • Provide complex data analysis for client-specific, program, or senior management needs • Serve as a resource for colleagues on data analysis and benchmarking issues • Provide technical oversight and guidance to client-dedicated analysts in multiple field offices • Provide training and data analysis education for colleagues • Meet with clients regarding data analysis and benchmarking issues as necessary • Perform other duties as assigned • Support the organization's quality programs • Travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with major in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited college or university preferred • Computer Science courses preferred • Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Experience in an insurance related field strongly preferred • One (1) year of statistical analysis strongly preferred • Ability to perform complex data analysis and benchmarking • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines • Travel as required
