📋 Description

• Deliver complex software implementation projects from contract acceptance through to Go Live • Guide customers through best practice processes to help ensure successful adoption of the solution • Create high-level acceptance test plans to confirm solution functionality and demonstrate functionality to customers • Configure and document software settings and deployment architecture to meet Fortra and customer requirements • Resolve issues or concerns related to software implementation • Document and escalate complex issues to Support • Interact regularly with customers to schedule work, provide project updates, clarify requirements, and answer questions • Deliver product training • Employ consultative selling techniques and identify software and services selling opportunities • Build strong customer relationships that encourage additional services work • Collaboratively assess the impact of change requests for effort estimation and capacity planning • Communicate task status to customers and the Manager of Professional Services through regular status reporting and presentations • Monitor urgent or high-priority project-related issues or escalations and build response strategies • Back up TAM projects as required • Provide Resident Consultant work as required • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• A four-year degree is preferred; equivalent work experience and accreditations will be considered • 2+ years of experience implementing and providing Services on related software • Confident and positive attitude in facing complex organizations and processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and quality • Effective interpersonal and professional communication skills, both verbal and written • Builds strong customer relationships through responsiveness and expertise • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and responsibilities • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail • Travel up to and sometimes more than 50% to customer locations • Full-time, exempt employee status
