📋 Description

• Support Healthspring national value-based arrangements • Lead financial support, reporting activities, and projects • Perform contract analysis, trend review, data problem solving, and ad hoc reporting • Develop project timelines and work across departments to meet deadlines and goals • Work with internal parties and external value-based groups • Handle escalated issues as needed • Assist with training staff or other personnel and mentor staff • Maintain communication with management regarding developments in assigned responsibilities • Perform special projects as required or requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree and 4 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action OR 9 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements in support of information-related strategies • Experience solving complex problems and taking a new perspective using existing solutions • Knowledge of software development processes, including SDLC, Agile methodologies, tools, and technologies • Experience creating and conducting presentations to inform and influence • Experience leading functional teams and projects • Experience with SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB, SQL, Python, or similar tools • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills • PC proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Must work remotely from within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii
