📋 Description

• Implement Deacom ERP software according to ECI's standard methodology • Manage delivery of strategic and complex projects with multiple phases and initiatives • Create project plans outlining goals, milestones, project governance, and timelines • Lead planning, development, and execution of multiple programs • Manage resources, budgets, and funding requests • Review Statements of Work to understand service deliverables • Identify project risks, assess impact, and drive mitigation plans • Coordinate across Sales, Implementation, Support, Product, and other departments • Facilitate business and technical requirements, system design, configuration, testing, training, conversion, activation, and transition to support • Manage customer relations throughout the project life cycle • Keep leadership informed through reports and status meetings • Conduct customer status calls and provide timely project updates • Disseminate information about problems or potential delays • Assign and delegate work to project team members • Monitor deliverables and project progress • Perform user conference presentations, team meetings, knowledge base updates, and methodology improvements • Manage weekly timesheets and recap reports • Manage several projects simultaneously at different stages

🎯 Requirements

• ERP project management experience • Understanding of common industry business practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance • 2+ years of ERP hands-on, full life-cycle project implementation experience with comparable ERP software as a Project Manager (preferably with Deacom or other manufacturing ERP system) • Understanding of ERP application concepts • May manage partner relationships • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Windows • Experience with project and work management platforms such as Asana • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective project and time management skills • Ability to create project plans based on time duration as well as milestone-driven approaches • Strong training or presentation skills • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to speak confidently and clearly to project sponsors and executive leadership as well as front-line project teams • Effective communicator with both front-line project participants and executive audiences • Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, active listening, and customer service • Ability to negotiate terms and requirements • Relays concerns externally and internally with timely, fact-based, and constructive feedback • Able to work as a team player and/or individual contributor, internally and externally • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Takes ownership, accountability, and initiative • Excellent problem-solving skills • Process improvement experience • Able to work under minimal supervision • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, accounting, and/or an IT-related field • PMP certification a plus • APICS/CPIM certification a plus
