📋 Description

• Build the business intelligence layer by defining, documenting, and improving commercial metrics • Partner with GTM Operations, Finance, and Data teams to establish consistent commercial performance language • Produce executive analysis on commercial performance, issues, opportunities, and investments • Connect insights across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance • Conduct diagnostic analytics to identify root causes, quantify business impact, and recommend actions • Partner with Data Engineering and GTM Operations to ensure Salesforce, product usage, support, marketing, billing, and financial data support trusted, scalable analysis and self-service • Evaluate AI-enabled analytics capabilities and identify practical use cases for GTM Intelligence • Help leaders make faster, better-informed decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in GTM, Revenue, Customer Success, or Business Analytics within a B2B SaaS organization • Expert SQL skills • Hands-on experience with modern BI platforms such as Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model • Experience integrating multiple operational data sources into meaningful business insights • Passion for metric governance and data quality • Ability to solve ambiguous business problems • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for executives • Interest in AI-native analytics platforms • Must be based in the United States
