📋 Description

• Own the actor and threat prioritization framework guiding CTI operational focus, collection posture, and countermeasure development • Identify priority threats and actors relevant to Enterprise Information Protection, Technology, Business, and Enterprise partners • Continuously update prioritization frameworks as the threat landscape shifts, using AI and automation at scale • Embed prioritization frameworks into CTI team and stakeholder decision-making • Produce recurring and ad-hoc assessments of the current and projected threat landscape • Analyze internal and external threat, vulnerability, and security data to identify patterns and assess relevance to Humana • Distinguish meaningful changes from noise • Communicate current and emerging threats and implications through written products and verbal briefings • Provide strategic threat perspectives supporting CTI engagement with Humana’s strategic initiatives • Generate analysis from concept to delivery with limited direction and tight deadlines • Develop proactive countermeasure packages translating threat analysis into prioritized actions for Detection Engineering, SOC, Threat and Vulnerability Management, and other teams • Partner with CTI peers and control owners to ensure recommendations are actionable, feasible, appropriately scoped, and tied to current threats • Improve CTI analytic practices, tools, and services • Review and edit finished intelligence before dissemination • Apply AI and automation to enhance analysis, speed to insight, and intelligence impact • Help integrate AI into CTI analytic workflows • Experiment with data sources, analytic methods, and tools to answer emerging intelligence questions • Refine analytical approaches based on evidence

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of intelligence experience • Meaningful experience in all-source cyber threat analysis • Demonstrated experience contributing to operational intelligence workflows • Curiosity and hands-on problem-solving ability • Experience with the cyber threat landscape, prominent actors, TTPs, and sector-specific threat trends • Fluency with AI tools and their application to intelligence analysis • Experience using AI to accelerate research, structure analysis, and maintain analytic products at scale • Experience analyzing structured or semi-structured data to answer intelligence questions, identify trends or anomalies, and communicate data limitations and confidence of judgments • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience analyzing the cyber threat landscape and translating analysis into direction and action • Working knowledge of security controls, enterprise technologies, telemetry, and defensive workflows • Experience partnering with detection, hunting, response, or vulnerability teams • Experience producing strategic intelligence products for senior leadership, including executive briefings • Ability to influence program strategy and improve practices, tools, and services • Ability to work independently, determine methods and priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines • Familiarity with structured analytic techniques, MITRE ATT&CK, and standard CTI analytic frameworks • Preferred: experience partnering with detection engineering, SOC, or vulnerability management teams • Preferred: experience integrating AI or automation into intelligence workflows • Preferred: experience with ISAC engagement and information sharing across peer organizations • Preferred: relevant security certification • Must meet work-from-home internet requirements of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Must work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship
