📋 Description

• Define, document, and improve business metrics across pipeline, conversion, attainment, forecast accuracy, retention, NRR, customer health, and expansion • Produce executive analysis to understand commercial performance, diagnose issues, evaluate opportunities, and prioritize investments • Connect data across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to tell a coherent business story • Investigate root causes, quantify business impact, and recommend actions • Partner with Data Engineering and GTM Operations to model Salesforce, product usage, support, marketing, billing, and financial data • Evaluate AI-enabled analytics capabilities and identify practical use cases for GTM Intelligence • Help build and scale the business intelligence layer supporting go-to-market strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in GTM, Revenue, Customer Success, or Business Analytics within a B2B SaaS organization • Expert SQL skills • Hands-on experience with modern BI platforms such as Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model • Experience integrating multiple operational data sources into meaningful business insights • Passion for metric governance and data quality • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations that executives can quickly understand and act on • Interest in AI-native analytics platforms and rethinking how business intelligence is delivered
