📋 Description

• Lead full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support • Configure and optimize SFDC objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, reports, and dashboards • Partner with Salesforce administrators and developers on scalable technical solutions • Manage sandbox environments, release planning, and deployment pipelines • Evaluate and implement AppExchange solutions and third-party integrations • Drive enterprise-wide CRM strategy and roadmap • Oversee CRM migrations, consolidations, and enhancements while maintaining data integrity • Develop and maintain CRM governance frameworks, data standards, access controls, and documentation • Improve CRM adoption, user experience, and data quality across business units • Lead planning and delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies • Maintain project plans, risk registers, and status reports; manage issues and escalations • Facilitate requirements workshops, design sessions, and UAT cycles • Manage external implementation partners, system integrators, and vendors • Drive change management and training programs post-launch

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in CRM implementation and project management, with a strong focus on Salesforce • Proven track record of leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations in a complex, fast-paced environment • Salesforce Administrator certification required • Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and integration patterns • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences • Experience with data migration, ETL tools, and CRM integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar) preferred • Familiarity with retail tech, kiosk operations, or consumer electronics industries preferred • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification preferred • Experience working in a high-growth or PE-backed company environment preferred
