📋 Description

• Lead full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support • Configure and optimize SFDC objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, reports, and dashboards to meet evolving business needs • Drive enterprise-wide CRM strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer experience objectives • Oversee migrations, consolidations, and enhancements to CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to operations • Lead project planning and delivery for complex, multi-stakeholder implementation initiatives using structured project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall as appropriate)

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in CRM implementation and project management, with a strong focus on Salesforce • Proven track record of leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations in a complex, fast-paced environment • Salesforce Administrator certification (required); additional certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder strongly preferred • Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and integration patterns • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences.
