📋 Description

• Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for BPO services • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to negotiations and closing • Develop and execute prospecting strategies through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion • Establish a repeatable sales process and help scale the company's sales operations • Potential to lead a team as the company grows

🎯 Requirements

• Proven BPO sales experience with a demonstrated track record of generating new business and closing deals • Strong understanding of outsourcing solutions, preferably in back-office operations, customer support, finance, or related services • Experience independently managing the full B2B sales cycle, including prospecting and client acquisition • Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mindset with the ability to build a sales pipeline from scratch
