📋 Description

• Join Econ One’s Healthcare Economics Practice Group as an Analyst • Consult on economic analysis and econometrics projects for antitrust, class action, and other commercial disputes • Work on matters involving monopolization, price fixing, health care reimbursement, pharmaceutical pricing, and medical monitoring costs • Conduct research and statistical analyses • Build models and substantiate findings • Think critically and synthesize complex information into clear, precise thoughts for presentations and other deliverables • Communicate results succinctly to drive projects forward • Participate in all aspects of consulting engagements • Integrate knowledge with Econ One’s methods for research and data analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to demonstrate proficiency with data presentation • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Dedicated to seeing projects through to completion • Willingness to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines • Strong commitment to accuracy and quality work product • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Stata, Python, SQL, SAS, and/or R • Health care or claims data experience preferred but not required • A bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of work experience or a master’s degree • BS in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Engineering, or Finance • GPA of 3.5 or higher • High integrity • Excellent decision making and judgment • Excellent attention to detail • Well-versed in economic theory and practice • Able to juggle multiple tasks on multiple projects while meeting deliverable deadlines • Willingness to continually learn, improve, and adapt
