📋 Description

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules • Perform analytical reviews of balance sheet and income statement accounts, investigate variances, and resolve accounting issues • Ensure financial transactions are recorded in accordance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies • Review account activity, investigate unusual transactions, and recommend appropriate accounting treatment • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency • Assist in developing, maintaining, and documenting accounting policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Execute internal control activities while adhering to company policies and accounting best practices • Support the annual external audit, including preparation of audit schedules, gathering supporting documents, and ensuring audit readiness • Support internal and external reporting requirements • Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and other business functions to ensure the accuracy of financial information and improve cross-functional processes • Participate in special projects and other ad hoc accounting initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) • 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or industry experience • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting • Demonstrated experience evaluating and improving accounting processes and documentation • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across the accounting organization • CPA or active progress toward CPA preferred • Big 4 experience preferred • NetSuite experience preferred • Experience in high-growth, private equity-backed, or rapidly scaling organizations preferred • Experience working in a multi-entity environment preferred • Experience in data centers, technology, infrastructure, real estate, construction, or other capital-intensive industries is a plus
