📋 Description

• Design, build, and elevate interactive Tableau and Power BI dashboards using UX best practices • Establish enterprise-wide reporting methodologies, custom calculations, drill paths, and standardized KPI frameworks • Query, aggregate, and analyze multi-source datasets using advanced SQL • Conduct exploratory deep dives to uncover conversion anomalies, trend patterns, and revenue opportunities • Deliver interpretations, predictive hypotheses, and strategic recommendations for cross-functional leaders • Integrate generative AI and agentic analytics into BI workflows • Evaluate and embed natural-language querying, automated anomaly detection, and AI-driven narratives into production tools with human-in-the-loop validation • Enforce data governance, privacy, and security standards through source-to-dashboard validation and business logic audits • Investigate root causes of anomalies • Author SOPs, data dictionaries, and reusable design templates • Serve as analytical liaison between BI, Data Engineering, Account Management, and higher education institution partners • Translate complex statistical outputs and analytical methodologies into business narratives for non-technical stakeholders and executives • Provide training, self-service user guides, and visualization best practices to internal teams and client organizations • Help stakeholders use data to drive enrollment growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline (or equivalent professional experience) • 5+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and quantitative analysis within a collaborative enterprise environment • Advanced expertise in Tableau and/or Power BI • Deep familiarity with DAX, LOD expressions, VizQL, data modeling, and visual performance optimization • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, joining disparate relational tables, and working within dimensional modeling architectures • Functional experience navigating cloud data platforms such as Databricks or modern cloud data warehouses • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot modeling, and data manipulation • Experience leveraging generative AI tools for code generation, analytical QA, documentation, and data exploration • Ability to synthesize complex statistical findings into clear visual and verbal stories for non-technical leadership and external clients • Practical experience with Python or R for statistical modeling, data pipeline automation, forecasting, or advanced data visualization (preferred) • Experience with Databricks, Lakehouse architectures, or advanced cloud analytics engines (preferred) • Familiarity with Tableau AI/Agent capabilities or Databricks AI/BI (preferred) • Understanding of API integrations, Git, and Jira (preferred) • Official certifications in Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, or related Microsoft cloud technologies (preferred) • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
