📋 Description

• Write, edit, proofread, review, and distribute client-facing communications • Collaborate with Service, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Product User Experience, and Digital Engagement stakeholders • Tailor messaging to align with company tone, client segments, and regulatory requirements • Develop communication plans, facilitate communication approvals, and finalize them with subject matter experts and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (writing samples required) • Outstanding ability to convey complex information clearly and succinctly • At least 3-5 years of experience in client communications, copywriting, or a related field • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience working in a payroll, HR, SaaS, or financial services company preferred • Experience with Salesforce, Pendo, Hubspot, and Wrike preferred • Experience writing payroll, tax, or HCM-related content is a plus. • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
