📋 Description

• Lead the overall day-to-day operations for the designated team. • Provide feedback on staff performance, client issues, and actions to improve the department. • Ensure all critical aspects of client needs are met and issues resolved appropriately. • Provide leadership, coaching, training and mentoring to the team. • Develop and implement action plans to improve team or individual performance. • Act as a technical resource to the Support Team as needed. • Help create and update processes and other internal training documentation as necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a benefits support role. • Experience in Tax advantaged plans (FSA, HAS, HRA, Commuter) role preferred. • 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a technical/problem solving role; experience in project management, data analyst or benefits support role preferred. • 2+ years' experience in technical/problem-solving client facing role required • Bachelor’s Degree required • Previous benefits experience strongly preferred • Previous experience with Payroll systems is strongly preferred • Previous supervisory/mentoring experience preferred
