📋 Description

• Support the project management teams by utilizing company tools and systems • Ensure all project initiation documentation is accurate and complete • Initiate and configure new projects, ensuring all details are accurate and aligned with organizational standards • Maintain accurate tracking of resource allocation and personnel forecasts • Generate, review, and adjust invoices in alignment with project progress • Create and maintain reports on budgets, margins, invoices, and overall project status • Escalate any project related issues to Project Managers • Close projects in systems and ensure all project related costs are entered • Archive job folder ~90 days

• Strong analytical and organization skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Great attention to detail • A high aptitude for learning and retaining new knowledge • Strong sense of self-management and independence • Knowledge of project life cycle phases and contract management • Able to work independently and with the team.
