• Build and maintain strategic relationships with school district leaders, including superintendents, special education directors, student services leaders, and other key decision-makers. • Develop new district partnerships in priority and white-space markets while expanding existing ESS relationships through a consultative approach. • Lead complex, long-cycle sales processes, including prospecting, executive-level presentations, negotiations, and development of multi-year partnerships. • Own quarterly and annual revenue goals through new business development, renewals, and expansion of existing district partnerships. • Manage large, multi-stakeholder accounts by identifying growth opportunities, cultivating internal champions, and understanding district decision-making structures. • Partner with clinical, operations, marketing, and executive teams to deliver district outcomes supporting retention and long-term growth. • Develop and execute territory strategies informed by district priorities, funding opportunities, policy trends, competitive dynamics, and student mental health needs. • Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline with stakeholder relationships, opportunity activity, revenue forecasts, and next steps. • Maintain expertise in the K–12 education and student mental health landscape, including funding sources, market trends, and competitor offerings. • Collaborate across teams to expand access and influence in key territories, address district challenges, and deliver a consistent partner experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred. • 7+ years of educational sales experience or a background in school leadership. • Proven track record of achieving quotas, particularly in new business development. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. • Deep understanding of the K-12 market, specifically in Eastern PA, Delaware, and Southern NJ. • Demonstrated success in multi-channeled prospecting approaches. • High degree of motivation to achieve success and passion for the work. • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including some overnight travel.
