• Handle assignments up to $10M unassisted across commercial and personal property lines, including liability and builders risk assignments • Lead national consultants on larger complex assignments or catastrophe situations • Manage large complex assignments and deliverables, including site visits, damage and repair scopes, high-value cost estimating, site documentation, project management, and negotiations • Provide independent control of reconstruction job costs and time frames to insurers and property managers • Maintain accurate records using designated technology • Manage billings, billable hours, work in progress, and timely client reporting • Oversee complex mitigation processes, including drying practices, billing procedures, and daily site clerking • Collaborate with high-level property claims adjusters and clients to deliver comprehensive services • Complete and publish narrative and executive summary reports • Develop and maintain a high-level client base • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel as required
• Current IICRC working toward Master certifications, including WRT, ASD, Smoke & Soot, or equivalent certifications required • Ten years of relevant experience, including seven years in the Insurance Restoration Industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills • Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office • Analytical and interpretive skills • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Excellent negotiating skills • Ability to create comprehensive, accurate, and constructive written reports • Valid driver’s license with clean driving history • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies • Ability to handle multiple priorities, troubleshoot, solve problems, analyze, exercise judgment and discretion, handle stress, and meet deadlines • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods • Ability to kneel, squat, bend, climb, crawl, stoop, reach, and work overhead • Ability to work outdoors in hot and cold weather • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds • Ability to drive up to four hours per day • Continual use of manual dexterity • Hearing, vision, and talking abilities
