📋 Description

• Apply structured change management methodologies, such as Prosci/ADKAR and Kotter, to design strategies for AI and Workspace transformations • Facilitate Gemini Enterprise Discovery Workshops and conduct change impact analyses • Define North Star outcomes and KPIs to track adoption and organizational health • Document policy and process impacts from AI integration into daily operating rhythms • Coach senior leaders and executive sponsors on visible change leadership • Anticipate and manage resistance to AI with targeted mitigation strategies • Build and activate Gemini Captain change champion networks • Translate complex technical AI concepts into business value and strategic imperatives • Develop persona-based learning journeys and role-based training programs • Create change narratives, leader toolkits, prompt libraries, and other enablement assets using Google Workspace tools • Design and lead Art of the Possible kickoffs and design-thinking sessions using Miro or Mural • Lead Gemini Enterprise pilots, manage Vanguard Cohorts, and capture baseline productivity reports • Establish support systems including Slack/Teams channels, office hours, and self-service support agents • Conduct post-go-live reinforcement activities and pulse-check surveys • Generate weekly usage and adoption reports for stakeholders and client leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in organizational change management or management consulting, focused on enterprise-scale technology programs • Proven proficiency with change management frameworks • Experience supporting cloud or SaaS adoption programs, including Google Workspace, Google Cloud, or equivalent • Exceptional narrative-crafting and presentation skills for end users through C-suite executives • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience influencing across complex organizations • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field • Prosci (ADKAR) certification strongly preferred • Hands-on experience with Generative AI adoption, such as Gemini for Google Workspace or Vertex AI • Prior experience at a Google Cloud Premier Partner or technology consulting firm • Ability to collaborate with engineers and data scientists to translate technical change into human-centered action • Experience building adoption dashboards and reporting metrics to leadership • Extensive experience running dynamic strategy workshops in person and with Miro or Mural
