📋 Description

• Serve as project lead consultant for customers and company personnel • Coordinate training events with HCUS and customer-site contacts • Provide feedback to customers, Sales, Field Service, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Line Management on equipment issues and customer concerns • Assess customer comprehension and facilitate effective onsite training and optimal product operation • Provide ongoing support for application-related and image-quality concerns at product and system levels • Work with interpreting physicians, clinicians, and professional staff to ensure efficient Fujifilm product operation • Create, provide, and maintain customer-training documentation • Provide additional paid training and consultation supporting Professional Services revenue goals • Work with HCUS teams to gain customer acceptance of FUJIFILM Medical Systems solutions • Teach and train customers remotely or onsite according to travel requirements and customer needs • Provide clinical expertise, workflow analysis, report configuration (CV), and end-to-end testing for upgrades and new implementations • Identify process changes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction • Ensure compliance with the company quality management system and regulatory requirements • Maintain communications and working relationships with HCUS departments • Support Sales and Marketing in developing products, services, and sales/marketing strategies • Participate in committees, performance improvement teams, and strategic planning teams • Support Senior and Lead Clinical Consultants with project duties • Provide telephone and remote clinical support through the On-Call Technical Assistance Center • Participate in clinical validation testing for software releases • Mentor Clinical Consultant MI-I and II • Take corrective action where appropriate • Maintain a safe work environment • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in medical technology, computer science, PACS Administration, or the healthcare industry • 2 years' experience with FUJIFILM Medical System products, including SYNAPSE, PACS, RIS, CV, Digital Radiography, Ultrasound, and Digital mammography • Associate’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field required • Experience in Cardiology or Radiology discipline preferred • Registration/certification experience in relevant clinical specialties, including RDCS, RVT, Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist, Registered Nurse Cardiac, or ARRT Registered Radiology Technologist • Professional presence and ability to prioritize and manage multiple functions • Medical imaging background • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate with end-users and clinical supervisors • Demonstrated end-user computer skills • Competence with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills • Ability to translate workflow requirements to product features • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Proven IT/Healthcare field experience • Diagnostic and problem-solving skills • Organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and display teamwork • Ability to comply with U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements, ISO 13485 requirements, and applicable laws and standards • Ability to comply with vendor credentialing requirements for access to hospitals and facilities • Ability to complete company trainings and expenses timely • Ability to maintain product knowledge, including SWAT • Ability to sit, stand, talk, hear, walk long distances, use stairs, and lift/carry up to ten pounds • Ability to withstand changes in air pressure due to travel • Frequent travel availability, up to 75%
