📋 Description

• Serve as project lead consultant for customers and company personnel • Coordinate training events with HCUS and customer-site contacts • Provide feedback to customers, Sales, Field Service, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Line Management on equipment issues and customer concerns • Assess customer comprehension and facilitate effective onsite training and product operation • Provide ongoing support for application-related and image-quality concerns at product and system levels • Work with interpreting physicians, clinicians, and professional staff to ensure efficient operation of Fujifilm products • Create, provide, and maintain customer-training documentation • Deliver additional paid training and consultation • Support customer acceptance of FUJIFILM Medical Systems solutions • Provide remote and onsite customer training according to travel and customer needs • Provide clinical expertise, workflow analysis, CV report configuration, and end-to-end testing for upgrades and new implementations • Identify process changes that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction • Ensure compliance with the company quality management system and regulatory requirements • Maintain communications and working relationships across HCUS departments • Participate in developing products, services, and sales and marketing strategies • Participate in internal and external committees and strategic planning teams • Support Senior and Lead Clinical Consultants with project duties • Provide telephone and remote clinical support through the ON-Call Technical Assistance Center • Participate in clinical validation testing for software releases • Mentor Clinical Consultant MI-I and II • Take corrective action where appropriate • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of progressive experience in medical technology, computer science, PACS Administration, or the healthcare industry • 2 years’ experience with FUJIFILM Medical Systems products, including SYNAPSE, PACS, RIS, CV, Digital Radiography, Ultrasound, and Digital Mammography • Associate’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field required • Registered in one or more specified clinical disciplines, including RDCS, RVT, Nuclear Medicine Technologist, Registered Nurse Cardiac, or ARRT Registered Radiology Technologist • Experience in Cardiology or Radiology preferred • Medical imaging background • Healthcare, software application, or IT industry background • Professional presence • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple functions • Excellence in written and verbal communication • Ability to collaborate with end-users and clinical supervisors • Demonstrated end-user computer skills • Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills • Ability to translate workflow requirements into product features • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Proficient diagnostic and problem-solving skills • Proficient communication, organizational, and time-management skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to comply with U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements, ISO 13485 requirements, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards • Ability to comply with vendor credentialing requirements • Ability to complete company training and expense requirements in a timely manner • Ability to maintain product knowledge, including SWAT • Ability to sit, stand, talk, hear, walk long distances, use stairs, and lift up to ten pounds • Ability to withstand air-pressure changes due to travel • Frequent travel, up to 75%, may be required
